	One full bathroom with bath and shower.
	Separate loo.

LIVING AREA

	Open plan dining room and lounge leading out onto pool deck with built in braai and pool.
	Dining room with 12 seater table and chairs plus a writing bureau for business convenience.
	TV both in the lounge and playroom with full dual view DSTV.

KITCHEN / LAUNDRY AREA

	Open plan kitchen leads onto dining area separated by breakfast bar. Fully equipped with oven and microwave.
	Scullery and laundry leading off the kitchen - fully equipped with, two fridges and a freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

GARDEN

	Beautiful large and indigenous garden with large flat lawn area for kids and adults games, big enough for soccer and cricket!
	ShaNaNa Guest House boasts the largest and oldest fig tree in Pennington which is fascinating to study with all it's ancient and gnarled roots.
	Fully tarred driveway with plenty of space for parking of many cars.

SECURITY

	Property is fully walled and secure with an alarm and electric gate.
	Alarm is linked to Armed response security company.

SERVICES

	The house is fully serviced and cleaned 6 days a week up to Saturday 13h00.
	Washing and ironing for your own account unless by prior arrangement. There is a launderette in the Village Mall.
	We regret no smoking indoors.
	Please bring own beach towels.
